Ian Michael Waterworth Obituary
Ian Waterworth passed away on Saturday July 7, 2018 , at the age of 35 years.
A native of Phoenix, AZ, Ian traveled to the pacific northwest until he enlisted in the United States Air Force which he served from 2004-2010, before untimately settling in Augusta, GA.
Ian is remembered as someone who never passed on an opportunity to help others in times of need, regardless of their status or situation. Missed most will be his deep bellowing laugh, sarcastic smile, and silly, devious humor.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alfred M. Waterworth; grandmothers Carolyn Petre, Helen Applegate, and Jeanne Bickhart Waterworth, He is survived by his fiance, Ashley Gandy and their son Jack of Augusta, GA; his sister Juli, her husband Michael and niece Audrey Macauley of Portland, OR; parents Timothy Waterworth and Susan Applegate of Phoenix, AZ; grandfather Lohren Applegate of Phoenix, AZ; Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins and a host of friends that Ian considered family.
A military memorial service for Ian's life will be held Saturday, July 21st at 10 am at the Pendleton King Park hydrangea garden in Augusta.
