He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Horne; his daughters, Shannon Horne (Eric) and Jamie English (Brad); his grandchildren, Hannah Quarles (Bruce), Kendall English, Walker English, Ashlyn Shaddix and Layla Shaddix; and his siblings, Debbie Adams (Roger), Theresa Horne, Angela Horne and Rick Horne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
