He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank William Cheesborough and Cora Taylor Cheesborough; his brothers, Dick Cheesborough (Judy) and Lee Cheesborough; his children, Doug Cheesborough, Preston Scoggins (Tricia) and Debbie Hemphill; his grandchildren, Woody Hemphill, Preston Scoggins, Ryan Hemphill, Julie Lynn, Thomas Scoggins (Dawn), Anna Hanahan (Ross), Patrick Scoggins, Katherine Scoggins, Nick Hemphill, Justin, Jason and Joshua; his wife Margaret Ann Cheesborough; and his son-in-law Wilson Hemphill. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Per CDC requirements, the family will be observing social distancing, and masks are requested and appreciated.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the CSRA Humane Society, 425 Wood St., Augusta, Georgia.
