She was predeceased by: her parents, Beal Lazenby, Jr. and Irene Duckworth Lazenby; her brother Judson Lazenby; and her granddaughter Alissa Tobin. She is survived by: her husband Allen Dye; her children, Jason Hawkins (Stacy) and Lisa Buckner; her stepdaughter Ashley Dye; her sister Dianne Marsh; her grandchildren, Justin Chalker (Shandi), Karrie Chalker, Jud Hawkins (Morgan) and Blaine Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Austin Myers, Caden Myers, Greyson Chalker, Nathaniel Chalker, Heidi Tobin, Nathan Tobin, Savannah Tobin, Cyrus Vickers and Kannan Quarles.
It is the family's request that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
