She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Guin and Lisa Banister (John); her grandchildren, Nicole Evans (Michael), Will Guin, Holley Banister and Taylor Guin; her great grandchild Marley Evans; and her close friend Donald Usry (Sybil). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
