It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Rabun Richards of Thomson, Georgia, born in Dearing, Georgia, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesley A. Rabun and Mae Luckey Rabun; her son Davey Glenn James; and her siblings, C. A. Rabun, Jr. and Bobbie Gearns.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Lee Richards; her daughters, Jackie Johnson (Blaine) and Terri King (Kevin Rawlinson); her grandsons, Nick Hubert (Tammy) and Dylan Johnson; her great grandchild Reagan Hubert; and her stepdaughters, Janet Breese and Tammie Mulder.
