Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth Walden Richards of Thomson, Georgia, born in Warrenton, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 78, on October 19, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Walden and Marie Story Walden; her husband Russell Richards; and her grandson Drake Widener. She is survived by: her children, Mark Richards (Teresa) of Thomson, Bonnie Widener (Skipper) of Thomson and Jennifer Rodeheaver (Chad); her niece Tammy Reese; her grandchildren, Harris Richards (Crystal), Brenton Widener (Courtney), Will Richards (Jeri Lyn), Colson Avant, Cayden Avant and Elise Rodeheaver; and her great grandchildren, Noah Widener, Titus Widener, Millie Widener, Russell Richards and Camden Elizabeth Richards. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will be observing social distancing, and masks are requested and appreciated. Due to the current national health concern, the family would appreciate phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.
