Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Daniel Rudolph Pilgrim of Thomson, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 74, on December 26, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wesley Pilgrim, Jr. and Marcella Nauert Pilgrim; his brother Kenny Pilgrim; his brother-in-law James "Jim" Smith; and his grandson Nick Reese.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Pilgrim; his daughters, Lisa Brown (Michael), Dana Smith (Michael) and Amber Judkins (Stephen); his siblings, Jim Pilgrim (Ann), Ronnie Pilgrim (Susan), Vianna Mathis (Claude), Anita Reese (Don), Carolyn Powers (Poogie), Angela Hammond (Lee), Marsha Smith and Melinda Bedgood (Powell); and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Pilgrim and Tammie Pilgrim. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that unwrapped toys with name and address tags in his memory be donated to Augusta Oncology and the Doctors' Hospital Burn Unit.
