He was predeceased by: his father David Leroy Parham; his nephew Nick Reese; and his girlfriend Cathy Knight. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Phillips Parham; his siblings, Keith Parham and Kathy Buffington; and his nieces, Kittie Cross and Lilly Parham.
