She is survived by: her husband Jasper L. Burnett Sr.; her son Jasper L. Burnett Jr.; her grandchild Jekalyn Burnett; her sisters, Ludell Venson (Dennis) and Willie Bell Brown; and her sisters-in-law, Annie Brown and Rosie White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the D. T. Brown Memorial Funeral Home (810 Martin Luther King Jr St, Thomson, GA 30824). The lying in state was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Popular Spring Baptist Church (333 Poplar Springs Church Rd, Appling, GA 30802). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the same location.
