We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Alice Stephens of Thomson, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hadden "Pete" Kent and Maline Purvis Lyons; and her sister Marsha Lyons. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Stephens (Terri) of Lexington, Kentucky and Jennifer Stephens-Kamerad of Thomson, Georgia; her former husband David Stephens; her siblings, Dwayne Lyons (Sharon) of Gibson, Vic Lyons (Chris) of North Augusta, Lisa Wasden (Alan) of Louisville and Melba Vaughn of Augusta, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Austin Stephens, Allison Stephens, Branden Kamerad (Brandi), Corbin Kamerad and Katelyn Kamerad. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will be observing social distancing, and masks are requested and appreciated. Due to the current national health concern, the family would appreciate phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.
