He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Ormand Hunter "Grandpa Honey", Roy Levine, Rabbi Isidore, Eleanor Pickholtz, Eldon and Yvonne Lewis.

He is survived by: his parents, Zachary Lewis and Leah Pickholtz Lewis of Thomasville; his brother Ben Lewis of Thomasville; his grandparents, Charlie, Fran Lewis of Thomasville, Arny and Sandy Pickholtz of Boynton Beach; his great-grandparents, Shirley Hunter of Thomasville and Jane Levine of Delray Beach; his uncle Nick; his aunt Jennifer; his cousins, Kaitlyn, Nicholas and Colson of Thomasville; his uncle Seth Pickholtz; and his cousins, Ariel and Alexis of Boynton Beach.
