“Dear Marguerite and Poppell Family - It was my pleasure to work with Bill, as he was known by me and my wife Terry, two different times! We began working together in 1989 and Terry and I met the whole family at the Poppell home right after Ethan's birth. Bill was a tremendous partner in our work and was always a friend. We worked together at Dobbins AFB near Atlanta about 5 years and then again at Hurlburt AFB in the Special Operations Command Center. Terry and I send our deepest sympathies.”
