She was predeceased by: her husband George L. Mims; and her siblings, James Walter "Fat" Davis (Bessie Mae), Sam Clear Davis (Essie Mae), Sue Davis Bush (Jeff), Ruth Davis Copeland (Gilbert), Clara Davis Cooper (Charles) and Sarah Davis Kramer (Irving).
She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Mims; her sister-in-law Estelle Mims; her nephew Jeff Mims; her grandchild Chris; and her children, Gary Smith, Taylor Smith, Ally Smith and Doug Smith. She is also survived by son, and many other nieces and nephews.
