With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Waymon Dekle of Thomasville, Georgia, born in Coolidge, Georgia, who passed away on December 17, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bright Dekle and Lorena Thornton Dekle; and his siblings, Thelma Blow, C. L. Dekle and Billy Dekle.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stanaland Dekle; his children, Keith Dekle (Debbie) of Thomasville and Linda Pearson (Richard) of Thomasville; his grandchildren, Holly Boles (Jordan), Shannon Spurgeon (Paul), Will Dekle (Charly), Erin Pearson and Lauren Pearson; his great grandchildren, Wrenlee Spurgeon and Freya Boles; and his siblings, James Dekle of Thomasville and Lois Anderson of Jakin.
His family asks that donations may be made to Gideons International.
