He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivey Bennett and Mary Bennett; and his wife Marie H. Bennett. He is survived by: his sister Dolly A. Foster (Bill); his children, Dawn B. Snider (Jerry) and W. Timothy Bennett; his granddaughter Hannah M. Bush (Blake); and his great grandchild K. Bennett Bush.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to Dawson Street Baptist Church.
