He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Thomas James Callaway, Jr. of Albany; his wife Sherrie Edwards Callaway; his children, Thomas James "TJ" Callaway IV (Catherine) of Atlanta and John Pace Callaway of Tallahassee; his sisters, Cantey Pace Callaway of Atlanta and Merrel Callaway Hattink (Willem) of Atlanta; and his granddaughters, Jane McKenzie Callaway and Julia Pace Callaway of Atlanta.
In lieu of flowers, it was Tom's request that donations be made to First United Methodist Church, Thomas University, Thomasville Music and Drama Troupe, and Thomasville Rotary Club.
