He was predeceased by: his parents, Stamat Sampson and Jean Ferguson Sampson; and his brothers, Wesley Sampson and Tony Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Lea Willett Sampson of Thomasville; his children, Danielle Sampson (Josh Smith) of Tallahassee and Mathew Sampson (Kelsey Sharpe) of Thomasville; his grandson Landon Sampson; his brother Rusty Sampson (Teri); and also Bear.
