She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lester Massey and Ruby Dell Hudson Massey; her husband Jack Gandy; and her siblings, Cecil Massey, Howard Massey, Opal Williams, Pauline Hayes and Clarice Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Gandy Dukes (Randy), Cindy Gandy Walden (Jerry), William Lane Gandy (Tammy) and Darren Paul Gandy (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Jeremy Dukes, Allison Dukes Stone (Steven), Cody Walden (Audrey), Shannon Walden Rowland (Garrett), Brandon Gandy (Ashley), Skylar Gandy, Claire Gandy and Clark Gandy; and her great grandchildren, Ellasyn Gandy, Emma Stone, Josie Walden and Wesley Walden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Halcyon Home in Thomasville, Georgia.
