She was predeceased by: her husband Ormand E. Hunter; her parents, Theodore M. Johns and Ida L. Griffis; and her siblings, Larry Johns, Janet Johns, Connie Wilson and Patricia McAlexander.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Frances Hunter Lewis (Charlie Lewis) of Thomasville and Ormand Edward Hunter Jr. (Jill W.) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Zachary Lewis (Leah), Nicholas Lewis (Jennifer), Adam Hunter and Rachel Hunter; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Nicholas and Colson; and also, Yvonne Muse, Mary Bess Alexander and Loran Johns.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dekle Cemetery (970 SW 4th Ave, Lake Butler, FL 32054).
