He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Mediate; his children, Dave Mediate (Glorianna) of Monticello, FL. and Dale Mediate (D. D.) of Thomasville Ga; and his sister Mona Mediate Pridemore of Manchester, TN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
