With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Randall Overmier (Thomasville, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Moore Overmier and Charles Calvin Overmier; and his brother Charles Leroy Overmier. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Overmier; and his daughters, Anissa Prosch (Tom), Pam Smith (Roger) and Ashley Merchant (David). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home (110 W Hansell St, Thomasville, GA 31792). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (600 E Jackson St, Thomasville, GA 31792).
The family has requested memorials be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, American Heart Association, or a charity of your choice.
