He is survived by: his wife Hazel Perkins; and his children, Deborah Leigh Nelson (Walter) of Mobile, AL, Robert Jones Perkins, Jr. (Teresa) of Salisbury, MD, John Michael Perkins (Lisa) of Irvin, CA and Brian Thomas Perkins (Nancy) of Bogart, GA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
