She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gordon Horton and Annie Lee McKown Horton; and her husband James Floyd Shealey. She is survived by: her children, Jane Johnson of Cairo, Gail Medders of Cairo, Kenneth Shealey (Mary) of Thomasville and Danny Shealey (Linda) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, David Johnson of Cairo, Chad Johnson (Sharon) of Cairo, Kim Joiner (Walt) of Cairo, Chris Medders of Cairo, Jamie Shealey of Thomasville, Jordan Shealey of Thomasville, Jerrod Shealey of Thomasville and Brenda Horton of Cairo; and her sister Joann Baggett (Horace) of Cairo. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (600 E Jackson St, Thomasville, GA 31792).
