She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Randolph Harell; and her siblings, Francis Collins and Buddy Newsome. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Elswick (Gary) of Jacksonville, FL, Karen Bennett (DeWayne) of Thomasville and Pam Fouraker (Harry) of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Brian Bennett (Merrily), Jennifer Bennett, Jessica Bennett, Jared Bennett, Jeremy Adams (Lacy), Rebecca Fouraker and Christopher Elswick (Ashley); and her sister Betty Delaney. She is also survived by 11 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
