With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Faye (Merritt) Brownlow (Thomasville, Georgia), born in Cairo, Georgia, who passed away on April 9, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Albert Merritt and Willie Mae Wimberly Merritt; and her siblings, Martha Johnson, Inez Merritt, Janice McKown, Rita Merritt, Steve Merritt, James Merritt, Gene Merritt and Phillip Glenn Merritt.
She is survived by: her husband Warren Brownlow of Cairo; her sons, Rodney Lashley (Ashley) of Cairo and James Lashley (Jean) of Thomasville; her siblings, Gail Lee (Roger), Shirley Ann Smith (Donnie), Randy Merritt (Sylvia), Helen Chancey and Lynn Hale (Todd); and her grandchildren, Amanda Rojo, Kristin Lashley, April Lashley and Daniel Lashley. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
