She is survived by: her son Colonel Stuart Pettis (Rebecca); her granddaughters, Erin and Victoria; and her siblings, Suzanne Moore (Mitchell) of Boston, GA and Reverend Douglas Martin of Tallahassee.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Linda's name may be made to the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Foundation at 1331 E. 6th Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32303.
