He is survived by: his wife Regina Heard; his children, Wade Heard (Kathy) of Thomasville, Kevin Maxwell (Jennifer) of Climax, Josh Heard (Mistie) of Moultrie, Angel Maxwell (Devin Leggett) of Trafford, AL and James Maxwell of Bainbridge; and his sister Angela Tabb (Russ) of Baker Co. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
