She was predeceased by: her father Henry Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Glenda Vergenz, Shekirah Hines (Wilbert), Cassandra Clark (Doug), Danella Reeves, John Pinder Jr. and Robert Smith; her sister Jeanette Brown; her great grandchildren, LaQuanda Smith (Lester), April Moore (Jeffery), Sylvia Green Tiffany (Kevin), Jessica Roland (Bruce), Skkylor Baker, Alycia Cooper, Carlton Singleton Jr., Bree Thornton, Edie Martin, Geri Denise, Chelsea Martin, Naomi Smith, Satoreia Anderson and Steven Anderson; her close friend Eleonor; her goddaughter Wonne; and her caregiver Rhonda Turner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
