It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Daniel Bain III (Thomasville, Georgia), born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel Bain Jr. and Mavis Ferrell Bain; and his brother Timothy F. Bain. He is survived by: his wife Sally Vaughan; his daughters, Virginia Lynne Bain of Thomasville and Laura Leigh Bain of Thomasville; his brother Erick B. Bain (Carol) of Avon Lake, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Vaughan (Mary Elizabeth) of Monticello, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
