It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Rogers of Thomasville, Georgia, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Gossett and Alverna McDerris Gossett; her husband Clinton Rogers; her daughter Tina Rogers; and her siblings, Bobby Gossett, Neal Gossett, Richard Gossett, Clinton Gossett, Eugene Gossett, Helen Fritz, Margaret Gilliard and Wanda Keys.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Smith (Buddy) of Thomasville, Angela Cribb (Billy) of Echols County, GA and Chris Rogers (Kelly) of Coolidge, GA; her stepson Wayne Rogers of Bainbridge, GA; her grandchildren, Christina Brown, Ashlynn Rogers, Gini Rogers, Crystal Stockstill, Hayden Rogers, Clint Everett, James Brown, Robin Swipes, Dallas McRae, Dillon McRae and Slaton Cribb; and her siblings, Joyce Arrington (Robert) of Lula, GA, Dot Sadler (Phillip) of Pelham, GA, Diane Coiner (Joey) of Donalsonville, GA, Barbara Henson of New York, Annette Peavy (George) of Albany, GA and Pat Braswell of Atlanta, GA.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
