She was predeceased by: her parents, George Herring and Christine Herring; her brother John Woodson Herring; her siblings-in-law, Panka and Wayne; and her friend Hartwell Dennard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Herring (Pat) of Thomasville, Michael Herring (Nancy) of Thomasville, Beth Herring Glausier (Robbie) of Thomasville and Mary Herring of Tallahassee; and her nieces and nephews, Joannie, David and Dovin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
