She is survived by: her parents, Michael Anthony Smith and Kathy Lynn Howell Smith; her children, Gavin Michael Smith, Kameron Adam Smith and Mya Lynn Smith; her sister Kathryn Michelle Barfield (Chris); her nephews, Brayden Barfield and Bowen Barfield; and her grandparents, Mary Alice Howell and Jack Eugene Smith of Thomasville.
