We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2018, Jay Fielding (Thomasville, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Henry C. Fielding. He is survived by: his wife Debi Donalson Fielding; his mother Carolyn Fielding; his siblings, Guy Fielding, Scott Fielding and Rae Fielding Wilson (Curtis); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Freeman (Georgia), Curtis J. Wilson, Eric Fielding, Sara Elizabeth Fielding and Kristen Wilson.
