He was predeceased by: his father Roy Gene "Man" Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Charlene Tyler Phillips; his sister Amy Braswell (Brad); and his nieces and nephews, Mattisyn, Owen and Coleson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
