He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alexander Moncur and Janet Moncur (Herrigan) of Glasgow; his nephew James of Switzerland; and his parents-in-law, Walter, Pearl WInnie (Stubbs), Mable Blazicek of Thomasville, Georgia, Debra Smith and Overland Park.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Winnie; his brother Richard of Scotland; his sister-in-law Kaye Rose of Thomasville; his nieces and nephews, Peter, Janet, Michelle, Amy Jamie (Chris) and Michael Rose; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Justin, Ceferina, Jordan, Jaylen, Kyrie, Nicole and Savannah.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
