He is survived by: his wife Mary Charlene Bishop Underwood; his daughters, Tammy Jackson of Thomasville and Donna Bush of Albany, GA; his grandchildren, Amber Whitt (Ryan), Ashley Harnevious and Zachary Holland; his great grandchild Ava Rowe; and his siblings, Jim Underwood (Wilma) of Danville, KY and Betty Jo Carioti of Florida.
