It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelola Sanders of Thomasville, Georgia, born in Pavo, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Howard McMullen; and her siblings, Margie Slater and Homer McMullen. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Lewis (Tony) of Thomasville, GA, Joey Sanders (Shirley) of Sylvester, GA, Ricky Sanders (Trish) of Newton, GA and Donna Cohen (Ronnie) of Boston, GA; her grandchildren, Lauren Whitfield (Fred), Megan Towell (James), Justin Sanders (Tori), Richard Sanders (Brittani), Daelyn Stephenson, Dylan Stephenson (Addie), Macy Martin, Austin Martin, Jason Lewis (Brandi) and Brad Lewis; her great grandchildren, Lewis Towell, Ella Kate Towell, Stewart Whitfield, Natalie Sanders, Karina Sanders, Madison Sanders, Ryder Sanders, Thomas Jenkins, Skyler Jenkins, Hannah Hopkins (Tyler), Erin Lewis and Rowan Lewis; and her siblings, Pat Clark of Moultrie, GA and Ronald McMullen of Moultrie, GA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
