She was predeceased by: her parents, William Green Hinson and Dorothy Verna Hinson (Tipper); and her husband Gordon Charles McEown. She is survived by: her children, Debbie McEown of Valdosta and Richard McEown of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Joshua McEown of Cairo, Crystal McEown of Cairo, Steven McEown (Sara Kate) of North Carolina and Richard McEown Jr. of New Jersey; and her sisters, Linda Jo Hinson Cox of Thomasville and Mary Ann Hinson Fletcher (David) of Boston.
