She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edgar, Annie Beard Bruner and Laura Lona Singletary Braswell; her spouse Thomas Edward McLendon; her sister Bettina Bruner Hancock; her son Michael Edward "Mickey" McLendon; and her grandson David Blake McLendon.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas David McLendon (Mary-Ann) of Thomasville, Judith Ann Dollar (Gary) of Ochlocknee and Laura Jane Dollar of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Michelle Dees (Joe), Thomas Chris McLendon (Talore), Kelly Lockman (David), Charles Robert Dollar Jr. and Kate McLendon (late Blake McLendon); her great grandchildren, Aerial Brittany Connell, Harper Thomas McLendon, Allie Lockman and Jake Lockman; her great great grandchild Hadley Wilson; and her sister Dianne Bruner Clements of Jonesboro, GA..
