He is survived by: his wife Connie Theobald; his children, James Theobald, Dana Mace (Ray) and Christine Poole (James); his grandchildren, Savannah, Anslie, Ethan and Kelsey Mace; his great grandchildren, Mallory, Snow Hulongbayan and Istas Greene; and his siblings, Dan Theobald, David Theobald and Debbie Rosenthal. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
