She is survived by: her husband James Ray Smith; her children, Dorothy Jewel of Albany, GA, Merissa McHenry of Albany, GA, James Smith of Thomasville, Steven Melton of Thomasville, Misty Branch of Pearson, GA and Patrick Smith of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, David Henderson of Moultrie, GA, Johnny Henderson of Ochlocknee, GA, Hoyt Henderson of Tallahassee, FL and Debra Beckwith of Pelham, GA; and her nephew Joseph Chastain. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
