He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Michael Mathis of Selma, AL and Cheryl Mathis Clark (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Brandon H. Mathis (Danielle), Keenan L. Mathis, Crystal Clark Willis (P. J.) and Sarah Kate Hudson (Alex); and his great-niece Kelley Rose Mathis.
