He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin F. Ragan; and his former wife Christine Eddings Ragan. He is survived by: his parent Annie Lee Winn Ragan; his spouse Anna Laura Stephens Ragan; and his children, Ann Peters (Ricky) of Ochlocknee, Betty Hurst of Ochlocknee, Gary Ragan of Thomasville and Janice Bryan of Moultrie. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
