She was predeceased by: her parents, Nimrod Haney and Willie Mae Mitchell; and her son Eric Hampton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Starnes; her children, James Hampton (Amy) of Jennings, FL, Gena Norris of Tampa, FL, Theresa Hampton of Thomasville and Dixie Ramagoz (Billy) of Bay St; her grandchildren, Nicole Hampton, Daniel Ramagoz, Chrisey Hatcher, Frank Parrish, Danielle Parrish, Jesse Parrish, Sandra Beard, Courtney Woods, Breanna Woods and Kinch Gilmore; and her sisters, Edith Mosley of Atlanta and Margie Woods of Atlanta. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
