He is survived by: his wife Nelda Ann Cook Flowers; his brother Randall Flowers of Acworth, GA; his children, Donna Lynn Flowers of Coolidge, GA, Cynthia Leigh Flowers of Nevarre, FL, Charles Richard Flowers, Jr. (Tiffney) of McDonough, GA and Hope Elizabeth Tew (Jason) of Eatonton, GA; and his grandchildren, Lewis Cross (Caitlin), Cathy Brocki (Micheal), Emily Harvey (Ed), Jessica Flowers, Reese Flowers, Laura Cliff, Cari Tew, Ashlyn Tew, Eli Hinton, Isaiah Tew, GeorgiaGrace Tew, SavannahRose Tew and Zachary Tew. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
