He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Hostetler (John) of Thomasville and Teresa Enbody (Jody) of Pace, FL; his grandchildren, Jamie Lamb, Richard Nelson, Timothy Adams and Michael Adams; his great grandchildren, Tyler Lamb, Bonnie Nelson, Grayson Nelson and Jordan Nelson; and his siblings, Jerry Smith, Johnny William Smith and Pauline Neal of Ochlocknee, GA..
