She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Weldon and Mary Jane Marshall-Weldon; her spouse Freddie B. Eubanks, Sr.; her grandson Eli Eubanks; and her sister Willa Mae Snow.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Smith (Bill) of Tallahassee, FL and Freddie B. Eubanks, Jr. of Thomasville; her siblings, Drucilla Lewis of Quitman, GA and Rowan Weldon (Linda) of Milledgeville, GA; her grandchildren, Ashley Eubanks (Pati) of Ochlocknee, GA, Scott Eubanks (Candace) of Cairo, GA, Brian Smith of Orlando, FL and Aimee Smith (Naseem) of Tallahassee, FL; and her great grandchildren, Coleen Eubanks of Ochlocknee, GA and Bray Eubanks of Ochlocknee, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
