He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn Phillips Harvard; his son Jefferson Phillips Harvard; his wife Kim Harvard of Thomasville; his siblings, Joe C. Harvard, Nancy Harvard Jones (Randy) and Ruth Harvard Salter (Ron); and also William Jason Harvard (Nicole) of Big Canoe. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
