He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsil Grover Willis and Leona Menda Ford Willis; his wife Ethel Joann Roberts Willis; and his sons, Bobby Dorsil Willis, Jr. and Randy Jackson Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Joyce Fulghum of Thomasville and Terry Wayne Willis of Fitzgerald; and his brother Danny Ray Willis of Moultrie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
